The HBL PSL 11 Auction System 2026 is the first-ever player auction in Pakistan Super League history, replacing the traditional draft system. Officially announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on , the new system divides players into 4 price tiers — Platinum (4.2 Cr PKR), Diamond (2.2 Cr PKR), Gold (1.1 Cr PKR) and Silver (0.6 Cr PKR) — with each franchise receiving a base purse of 450 Million PKR.

For the first time in Pakistan Super League history, the traditional draft system has been replaced with a modern auction system. The PCB officially announced this change to modernise player recruitment, promote fairness and transparency, and provide greater opportunities for both national and international cricketers.

- Players signed for two years
- Post PSL 11: 7 retentions allowed
- Post PSL 12: 5 retentions allowed
